Our Security Standard: SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
We are using 128-bit SSL encryption, an industry-standard security technology. According to security experts, the risk of interception of a message transmitted using SSL encryption is comparable to the risk you take if you throw a shredded bank statement into your waste basket. Should a criminal be able to reconstruct your bank statement from the shreds of paper found on a garbage dump, and then use this information for his own criminal purposes. Well, the probability of that happening might be considered extremely low.
How SSL Works
For maximum security, we use the most recent and best encryption technology for transmission of your personal data. With SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128-bit encryption all of your personal data is encrypted on your own computer before transmission. This way, only encrypted data is transmitted from your computer when you place an order. This data is then directly relayed by us to your bank or credit card company.
